Key Functions:

Pressure Equalization: Open the Pressure Release Valve to equalize the pressure inside the freeze dryer chamber with the outside atmosphere. This step is crucial for safely opening the door after a cycle without disturbing the dried contents.

Vacuum Maintenance: To maintain optimal vacuum conditions during the freeze-drying process, ensure the Pressure Release Valve remains closed.

Usage Instructions:

Pressure Release Valve: After the freeze-drying cycle ends, open this valve to equalize the internal and external pressure. This prevents a rush of air when you open the door, safeguarding the quality of your freeze-dried products.

Drain Valve: Once you've opened the Pressure Release Valve and door, and removed your freeze-dried items, proceed with defrosting. After the ice has melted, use the Drain Valve to remove the accumulated water from the chamber. Open the Drain Valve only after the defrost cycle is complete and the chamber is ready to be drained.
