    BEWARE of Harvest Right

    I will keep this short and sweet. HR products are garbage. You need to understand that if you buy one of these machines you actually have no warranty. HR does not stand behind their products, they blame you when the products don't work, and they make it as painful as possible to get your machine fixed. Do your research before you make the mistake of buying one of these machines. There are FB pages dedicated to how awful this company is. If you get a brand new machine that doesn't work, expect to spend 3-6 months getting the issue resolved. Trust me stay away from HR. There are other brands out there that actually care about their customers.

    I am very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. I can certainly relate to that myself and use that as a guiding principle to run my store. We care about each one of our customers and often go many extra miles for them. In most cases, we can go above and beyond what the suppliers offer and work with our customers to make things right. Right before you informed us that you sold your faulty Harvest Right Freeze Dryer, Harvest Right was talking to us about letting you return and refund your freeze dryer. We were willing to waive all fees and deadlines to assist the return. I apologize that you did not get good support to resolve the technical issues from the supplier, which is above our scope. We did try to follow along and push as much as we could.
