The Janssens Royal Victorian Glass Greenhouse Series brings traditional European glasshouse styling to modern home gardening. Its elegant roofline, generous glazing, and carefully engineered aluminum frame create a light-filled space for plants and a distinctive focal point for the garden.

Manufactured in Belgium, the Royal Victorian combines a substantial 17-gauge aluminum frame with tempered safety glass and an integrated ventilation system. Its 6ft 7in sidewalls provide comfortable working height, while roof vents, a louvered window, and sliding-door access help make daily greenhouse care practical.

Choose from five models: VI 23 (8 × 10 ft), VI 24 (8 × 12.5 ft), VI 34 (10 × 15 ft), VI 36 (10 × 20 ft), and VI 46 (12.5 × 20 ft). The VI 24 is a custom-order model. Available frame colors and glazing packages depend on the selected model and current supplier offering.

Royal Victorian greenhouse kits ship by freight. Delivery arrangements, packing quantities, and lead times depend on the model, glazing selection, and whether the order is stocked or custom manufactured.

• Shipping: Eligible deliveries to the contiguous 48 United States may qualify for standard curbside freight shipping under our store policy.
• Freight Delivery: A large truck and suitable unloading access are required. Liftgate availability and shipment handling must be confirmed for your order.
• Packaging: Pallet and carton counts vary by model and configuration.
• Custom Orders: The VI 24 and other custom configurations require a confirmed production and delivery estimate.

IMPORTANT — INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY

Inspect the shipment on arrival, note visible damage on the carrier receipt, and photograph damaged packaging or components. For Exaco-distributed Janssens shipments, report damage to MyGreenhouseStore within 7 days of delivery so we can help coordinate a claim or replacement parts.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

The Royal Victorian is delivered as a kit for assembly on a prepared, level foundation. Secure anchoring, drainage, safe glass handling, and compliance with local building requirements are essential.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

• Check local permits, setbacks, wind and snow load requirements, and any HOA restrictions.
• Confirm the final model dimensions and door orientation before building the foundation.
• Prepare a level base with appropriate drainage and anchoring.
• Review the current manufacturer instructions and inventory all parts before assembly.
• Arrange adequate help and suitable safety equipment for lifting and installing glass.
• For VI 24 or other custom orders, build from the approved project drawings rather than nominal catalog dimensions.

• Gutters: Clear leaves and obstructions to preserve drainage.
• Misting: Check nozzles and fittings, and winterize the water system where freezing occurs.
• Winter conditions: Follow manufacturer guidance for snow accumulation, wind exposure, and safe seasonal operation.
