Harvest Right | Oil Free Scroll Pump 115V. 60Hz

The oil free scroll vacuum pump is available for any size Harvest Right freeze dryer. These pumps are quiet, fast, and easy to use. The Harvest Right oil free vacuum pumps do not require oil changes and do not require regular user maintenance. There are two sizes of oil free pump, Standard and Extra Large. The Standard size is for Small, Medium, and Large freeze dryers. The Extra Large size is only needed for the Harvest Right Extra Large 7-Tray Home Freeze Dryer (the Extra Large pump can also be used with Large size freeze dryers). All other freeze dryer sizes and models use the Standard size.

The oil free pump does not come standard with a new home or pharmaceutical freeze dryer order. If you choose to upgrade to the oil free pump when purchasing your freeze dryer, you pay a discounted price for the pump compared with buying the oil free scroll pump separately. Select the oil free pump as part of your freeze dryer order to take advantage of the discounted price.

Current customers with an older model freeze dryer who desire to replace their existing pump with an upgrade to the oil free pump will need an adapter for the oil free vacuum pump. Harvest Right will provide the adapter free of charge. To verify which adapter you will need, call 800-700-5508.

Maintenance

Over time as the pump may wear and not pull as good of a vacuum, you can get a rebuild kit for $185 - this consists of bearings, seals, etc. - all the wear parts that need to be serviced - and you do the rebuild when needed, which typically is every 1-3 years depending on the pump's workload in your usage.
