This high quality classic Janssens 7ft 8in x 10ft 2in x 8ft 2in Junior Victorian J-VIC 23 Glass Greenhouse Kit with 4mm Tempered Glass Glazing provides the optimum environment for gardening year round while adding a delightful stately presence to any backyard setting.

The substantial aluminum framework, 4mm tempered glass panels and 5ft 2in side wall height combine to give you a comfortable interior workspace and a full view of your surroundings. The peak height is 8ft 2in. It has ample of room if you just want to use it as a small sunroom to enjoy the outdoor while you are shielded from the elements.

This Junior Victoria Glass Greenhouse measures 7ft 8in W x 10ft 2in L x 8ft 2in H and is available in Back Aluminum Frame. Other colors are also available for special order to match your decor. This Janssens Junior Victorian J-VIC 23 Glass Greenhouse Kit comes with:

  • 1 roof windows with automatic openers
  • large gutters with downspouts
  • large bottom frame/base

Whether you are overwintering special or valuable plants from the cold, starting seedlings or creating a tropical jungle, you can enjoy years of maintenance-free use. The automatic roof openers, louvered window and misting system are included to allow you to control the environment within your greenhouse to your specific needs. An optional shade net is also available as an added accessory if you need more shade in your greenhouse.

LOVE my greenhouse

I absolutely LOVE my greenhouse from Exaco. It is beautiful and very well made. Now I wish I would have gotten a bigger one! The customer service at Exaco is the best I have ever experienced. They are super friendly, have excellent communication, and their response time is impressive. I also purchased two rain barrels from them, which I LOVE. Fantastic!

I have owned this for almost 5 years and love it. I live at 8,200 feet so growing is always a challenge. With this greenhouse I can grow anything including hot peppers. The self opening windows work perfectly and really help regulate temperature. It is well built and I have had zero problem. Punch line is that I love it

  • Can I mount this Junior Victorian on a stem wall and have the door open at ground level?

    Yes! ALL the Juniors now come with an option for mounting on a 15.75” high knee wall or ground mount. All parts are included in the kit.

  • Hello, I am considering a junior victorian greenhouse. What is the best way you suggest to anchor into ground for this type greenhouse?

    The Junior Victorian is versatile enough that it can be placed directly on the ground or on a perimeter concrete slab. The Junior Victorian comes with ground stakes at each corner that get inserted either into the soil or into the concrete to secure the greenhouse.

  • I’m wondering if you could advise on a size (BTU) heater I would need for my size greenhouse in my climate?

    Sorry – the answer is not that simple. For one thing I do not know your climate. You will have to tell me. And next: how warm do you want to keep it inside: over-wintering outdoor plants requires less heat than, say, orchids or growing form seeds during the winter.   Secondly, it greatly depends on what you are doing with your greenhouse – for example the more plants the fuller it is the more natural heat is retained and generated. There is a big different between half full and full: it can make 10-15º difference. Large raised beds are a great heat generator.   Another option is: to use 1 or 2 large open troughs: 70+ gal. (full with water) (from say Tractor Supply) – these to can add 10-15º at night. And at the same time they offer additional humidity during the cold winter months.   You can google 'greenhouse btu calculator' to find several good btu calculators on the web, such as this one: https://hartley-botanic.com/guides/greenhouse-power-calculator-us/   Generally you will need to experiment.

  • Is there a door drop extension kit for the Junior Victorian greenhouses or is it only available in the larger models?

    Thank you for reaching out. The doorway on the Junior greenhouses is constructed slightly differently and unfortunately the door extension does not work with that model. The door extension is only for the Royal Victorian models.
