Is this water tight?
According to the manufacturer, this is water resistant, but they don't make a guarantee of water tightness. That said, they've sold a very large number of these, and in all my searching I could not find a single review that mentioned water leaking in. I would recommend normal prudent roof construction practices - make sure to seal all holes and joints with silicone rubber. The best practice when building a shed is to apply sealant at all seams. Check for leaks and re-seal as needed after the first big rain after you build it. Don't put the shed in a spot that forms a large puddle - make sure that the grade and drainage will keep water away. And lastly, if it is in a place that can flood or puddle occasionally I would personally recommend placing any water-sensitive items up off the floor (e.g. on a plastic shelf or pallet).
