Garden Igloo | Dome Summer Canopy Cover

Is the igloo weighted down. Will it blow away. How many years will the canvass last. Is there a warranty?

The dome can be installed both on soft and hard surfaces. On hard surfaces like concrete, wood deck, etc., use the provided metal clamps with suitable screws. On softer ground like soil, lawn, etc., use the 14 provided base weight kit bags to fix your Gardenigloo to the ground (using your own dry sand), tying each bag to the base struts at two points with the velcro straps.

Under proper conditions* Gardenigloo withstands strong wind conditions (Beaufort scale 6 - up to 31 mi/h). *Properly anchored on hard surfaces or with the base weight bags on soft surfaces, all air vents and door zippers are closed. Removal of the transparent cover is recommended if there is a storm or hurricane alert (Beaufort scale 7 and up).

There is a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer on the dome and the winter (transparent) cover.

The Summer Canopy cover is designed to last in summer temperatures. The cover, if maintained properly, would last 2 years. The 1 year warranty on the cover extends to any manufactural fault due to material defect.

Can I use this summer canopy with the mosquito netting cover?

Yes, to use the Mosquito net + Canopy Cover, you must first install the Canopy Cover, and then the Mosquito Net cover. Simply attach to frame.

Can I use this summer canopy cover together with the normal transparent cover?

Yes, this is fine.  For using the Transparent PVC Cover + Canopy: You must first install the Transparent Cover and then the Canopy cover. Follow installation steps noted in the manual.

is it possible to order a 2 door model? "front and back door"

As of now, Garden Igloo does not have a dual door model frame or cover.

What size dome does this fit?

This canopy cover fits a dome of 11'9" W X 7'2" H.

I don't fully understand what comes with this kit. I see the frame and cover to provide shade over most of the frame as in the picture. Is that it? Does it have a floor? The screen option--does it fill in the opening that the cover leaves open, or is it enough to completely cover the frame? How much is the screen? I saw it mentioned, but I am unable to find where to order it.

You were looking at the Summer Canopy Cover for the Garden Igloo.  The cover is the creamy off white fabric that you see in the picture and it does not completely cover the whole dome.   This is intended to provide nice partial sun shade with plenty of airflow for when the weather is beautiful, warm, and sunny.

The Garden Igloo does not come with a floor.
