Yes, the taller side of the Sun Room Eight goes up against the house and is completely open.

Most homeowners have been able to build this without any difficulties. The manual is quite thorough, and the manufacturer also has friendly and helpful customer service only a phone call away if you run into something where you need help. One key thing is to make sure you understand / audit / inventory all the parts and pieces BEFORE you start - there are several different rubber pieces, for example, where you might be able to get the 'wrong' piece to fit on one step, then when you get to a later step you find that you already used the piece you need for that later step.

May I put two of these together to make a pool enclosure? I am needing a 20-30L 15-25W stucture Any other ideas?

No, you can't put two of these together to make a single gable roof building. You can't join them end to end or back to back.

I am looking for a 12 ft x 16 ft lean-to sunroom. Do you carry one in those dimensions?

We have this nice Charleston Solarium with a steel roof that is close to your dimensions (10x16).  We also have several leanto greenhouses in the 16' width, in 6', 7', and 9' depth.  We do not have anything with an exact match to your requested dimensions.
