assembly time
We have a video on the site, and we can send you the assembly manual and the maintenance manual if you want more in-depth information, such as cleaning, dealing with condensation, and so on. Long story short, these are designed to be put up by 2 people in about 2 hours, and can actually be put up faster by an experienced crew. The first time assembly may be a bit slower, and we recommend that you take your time, be very careful, and don't rush. The uninstall is much faster - perhaps 30m or even faster with more experience. The cover should be folded and stored at room temperature. The other key here is to use care and segregate the frame parts and the 7 different joint types into their various part numbers and into separate containers for storage. There are numbers on the PVC parts, and each joint type has a distinct shape. Don't just mix everything into a pile, it will be much harder to assemble later, and there will be a chance of misplaced parts or delay.

Can I set up the 12' garden igloo in backyard that is not level? Thanks
We recommend that you pick surface that is as flat and level as can be. The things to consider are wind, rainfall and potential condensation.
Before you add the weigh bags, you can pick up the structure and move it around until you find a location that's as level as possible.
If there is a slight opening from beneath where the wind can get in, it may cause stress on the structure. Potentialy causing a parachute effect.
Rainfall entering from the bottom may lead to water puddling, then condensation inside. The Gardenigloo is water resistant so it would not have any water damage. However, condensation may cause water droplets on the cover. Or potentially damage furniture inside.
