Sometimes our products ship on smaller freight carriers that may not provide an online tracking capability, such as when the delivery is local to the warehouse that the product is shipping from.  In such cases we will send you the tracking information in your shipping notification email, as well as a link to this page.   

We provide the shipper with your contact information and they will always reach out to you before attempting delivery, to coordinate.

Here is some information to help you contact the shipper and track and coordinate your delivery.  Note that it may be 24-48 hours before the shipper has your shipment information in their system.
